I was one of Lizzie's first clients, she is a great personal trainer. This is due to the fact her sessions are never the same, shel'll mix the workouts up, so you never get bored. You are always challenged and if you can't do an exercise she will adapt it or change it so you are still pushed to your limits. I always try and get a session in when I come home, I would definitely recommend her!

Why train with Lizzie? Her PT sessions are varied, enjoyable and guaranteed to challenge you - regardless of your starting point. I try to train 3x a week, mixing up my sessions with weights, circuits, HIIT, core, cardio and tabata exercises. I'm really pleased with the visible progress I've made under her guidance and look forward to seeing this continue. As a trainer she is knowledgeable and encouraging as well as being a really pleasant person! You won't regret getting in touch with her.

Since training with Lizzie I have put on weight and progressed so much in my lifting, lifting weights I have never lifted before.
